Essence Of Poetry

The essence of poetry
leads to the universe
of that deep tumultuous sea,
to make me rise again
in the fantasy
of the most intimate feelings
spread in the light of the eyes
of the crowd pulsing
with emotions.
The essence of poetry
is a relief
for the soul that dreams
in the meanders
that life imposes along the way,
a cloak that repairs
by warming words
full of love exploding
in the sky of the heart.
The essence of poetry
is a luminous
trail without boundaries
where every verse tells
its lament or its joy
in the space of time,
it will live eternally
in the being of every day
scratching happy moments
for superficial feeling,
and deep cracks for those
who love unconditionally
the introspection
of the poem itself.
